Basement Window Drainage
A muddy, poorly draining area outside a basement window regraded and filled with drain rock to keep water away from the house.
Water was collecting in the soil against the basement wall under this window.
What we did
- Dug out the saturated soil.
- Regraded the area to slope away from the house.
- Filled along the foundation with drain rock so water drains away instead of sitting against the wall.
