Honest work that adds value.

Extra Equity Construction is run by Steven. We help homeowners across Metro Vancouver get more out of the space they already have, from carport conversions and basement finishing to paver walkways, tree trimming and the repair list that keeps growing.

We show up when we say we will, keep the site tidy, and give you a clear written price before we start. And if another contractor has already quoted you, we'll try to beat it.
